'Fagots et Froment' is a family owned business. all started on Le Rozay farm, in Le Pays de la Roche aux Fées, as Marie-France and Louis Rozé were baking their bread following an ancient custom.

A sourdough bread, kneaded by hand and baked in wood fire ovens on the farm itself. All of which is made out of locally sourced, additive, gluten and preservative free wheats and flours.

It was in the early nineties, on the historical Les Lices market that this easily digestible, very easy to preserve (a week to 10 days) bread started being marketed.

Being passionate about local customs and sensible to environmental matters, their children took over the activity in the early 2000s. The whole range, which is 100% organic, is being sold daily on the surrounding markets as well as in school restaurants and various types of shops.
