The Organic World Congress 2021 (OWC 2021) is organised by IFOAM – Organics International together with a consortium of leading French organic organisations. It is managed by a four-person steering committee.
It is supported by national, regional and local French institutions and partners, key research and education centres, as well as main promoters of organic agriculture in France and Europe.

IFOAM - Organics International: Founded in 1972, IFOAM – Organics International is the only global organic umbrella organization, uniting a diverse range of stakeholders contributing to the organic vision.
Agence Bio: Created in 2001, Agence Bio is a national public platform that contributes to the development, promotion and professionalization of organic farming in France.
A PRO BIO: A PRO BIO the regional network organisation for the organic sector in the Hauts-de-France region of France (North of Paris). They gather and work daily with local farmers, producers, distributors and consumers. A PRO BIO engages in the development of sustainable, ethical and fair trade practices and supports local entrepreneurs and organic businesses. They also raise awareness on sustainable food and farming practices towards the greater public and local decision makers and institutions, notably encouraging the introduction of organic products in school canteens and catering.
Bio Centre: Bio Centre is an association that promotes organic farming in the Centre-Val-de-Loire region of France. Their purpose is to structure and grow the organic sector regionally, involving and working with the entire local value chain : from farmer to consumer.
Cluster Bio: Cluster Bio promotes the organic sector in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region of France. They work with various stakeholders (from farmers to research centers and corporates), throughout the life cycle of organic agriculture projects. They have a network of more than 300 members.
Ecocert: France’s leading certification agency and was at the forefront of organic farming certification. Ecocert has contributed to the growth of organic agriculture by helping draft French and European regulations.
FNAB (National Organic Farming Federation): FNAB is one of France’s main professional organic farming networks since 1978. FNAB is a national federation that has strong regional presence and working groups across the country.
GRAB (Organic Farming Research Group): GRAB is a research and innovation center recognized for its expertise at national and European level. GRAB carries out organic trials for and with farmers in South-Eastern France.
IBB (Initiative Bio Bretagne): IBB is a professional network of businesses and stakeholders involved in organic farming across Brittany. IBB develops and promotes organic farming and the local organic food industry, supporting and boosting its growth while coordinating regional research and innovation. They are behind the Be Reizh label, the first and only Briton organic label.
INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine is a French regional organic association located in Bordeaux. As an interprofessional umbrella, it gathers more than 270 organizations that represent the entire organic value chain and its sectors. INTERBIO promotes and develops the regional organic sector and pursues the mission of introducing organic food in school catering.
InterBio Pays de la Loire: Located in the Loire valley (Pays de la Loire, west of France), InterBio Pays de la Loire is a professional network that develops and promotes organic farming and the local organic food industry, for school catering, restaurants, and specialized shops.
ITAB: ITAB is a technical institute specializing in the development of organic food & farming. ITAB brings together experts from all areas of research to expand the technical knowledge of organic farming methods. ITAB has a strong background in event management, having organized more than 50 scientific and technical events over 20 years.
MABD (biodynamic farming movement): MABD is the federation for regional, national, and French-speaking organizations involved in biodynamic agriculture.
SYNABIO: SYNABIO is the largest professional French network. It brings together over 160 corporates from the specialist organic processing and distribution sector.

ISOFAR: The International Society of Organic Farming Research (ISOFAR) serves as the premier international society on organic research, for scientists, students, and non-profits interested in organic agriculture. We facilitate global co-operation in research, education and knowledge exchange. We support our members through a wide array of services, publications, and events.
BIOFACH: BIOFACH, the World´s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food. Since 1990, the organic trade sector has met in February each year, at the Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg, Germany. BIOFACH is the place where people share their passionate interest in organic food, get to know each other and exchange views.
