The General Assembly of
IFOAM - Organics International

Every three years the membership of IFOAM - Organics International meets for the General Assembly (GA), where the truly democratic and participatory nature of the organisation can be seen in action.

The GA is held following the Organic World Congress and is a dynamic and lively gathering that sets our agenda of work and inspires the movement to continue striving for a better world.

The GA is the highest organ of the organisation. The Statutes (.pdf) regulate the frame in which the GA operates, the GA Rules of Procedure (.pdf) guide through the processes related to the GA. The reading of both documents is recommended for members who intend to actively participate in the upcoming GA.

The GA is open to our membership, with members holding the right to vote and associates and supporters being welcome to attend as observers.
