From Asia, Africa and Latin America	200 / per delegate	250 / per delegate
Rest of the world including, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan	400 / per delegate	500 / per delegate

Note: In order to register for the General Assembly, please select "General Assembly of IFOAM - Organics International", on the registration form. A 2-day food package (30 euros) will then be added to your registration.

Terms & Conditions

Registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Early bird rates are applicable only for registration forms with 100% payment before 8 January 2017. Registrations cannot be cancelled but can be transferred.
Congress registration rates are based on prevailing exchange rates of Euro for the international participants. Subject to drastic currency fluctuations rates could be revised.
The Congress Organisers have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the details at the time of publishing, but reserve the right to alter or delete items from the program or the services as circumstances require.
Force Majeure: If the conference is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in a part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, the non-availability of premises, acts of God or any other cause not within the control of the organiser, the organiser may at their discretion, repay the participation fee paid by the delegate and shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect to any actions, claims, losses including consequential losses, costs or expenses whatever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegates, the result of the happening of any such event.
